Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future business opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market entry in nascent technology sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and boards with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive action plans
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR) and societal implications
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in tech, healthcare, or sustainability sectors
