As a thought leader in our innovation lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to forecast technological inflection points. You'll design frameworks for exponential growth while navigating ethical implications of emerging innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future workforce transformation
- Produce horizon scanning reports on climate-tech and sustainable innovation trends
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Present futures research at Davos, CES, and industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published work on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for future-proofing
- Track record of launching ventures with $10M+ impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
