Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps and innovation frameworks for next-generation product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Deliver executive-level briefings on future trends and their organizational implications
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for continuous trend detection
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference presentations, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategy implementations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven approach
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
