Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect sustainable business models addressing 2026 resource challenges
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and government futurist programs
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Present future outlooks to global innovation forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented projects
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
