Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and geopolitical vectors to identify 2026+ disruptors
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps with quantified impact assessments
- Champion human-centered design principles in emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and external industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for responsible deployment of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology adoption curves
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or innovation frameworks
