Responsibilities

- Conduct futures research and scenario planning for high-impact industries
- Drive innovation portfolio management with measurable ROI frameworks
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Certification in Design Thinking or Systems Thinking methodologies
- Experience with scenario planning and futures research tools
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Prior experience mentoring innovation teams or startups
