Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and market research
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing disruptive projects spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to redefine industry standards
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of experimental ventures
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar (e.g., CFPS) required
