- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to global stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing long-term tech transformation strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Strong background in AI/ML ethics, sustainable tech, or human-AI interaction
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from foresight.org) preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
