Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead quantum computing integration projects for enterprise clients
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget across emerging tech verticals
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation labs
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with UN SDGs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy/innovation with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI, or Futurism preferred
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to market
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Future of Work journals
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (IEEE/ACM)
- Experience securing federal grants for deep-tech R&D
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
