Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessments for key industry verticals
- Partner with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate futuristic insights into product development
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, business model innovation)
