Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps and product development
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional teams on future readiness
- Produce actionable reports on emerging risks and opportunities for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and innovation strategy methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term strategic positioning and transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning platforms, Delphi method)
