Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical shifts and climate resilience strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine collaboration systems

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with sustainability transition frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SBTi)
- Advanced degree in futures studies, systems thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenario work
