Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineers and designers
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Develop patent-pending foresight methodologies for commercial applications
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal knowledge ecosystem
- Advolve in policy discussions at the World Economic Forum and TED conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on AI, climate tech, or biotechnology
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GIST, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategies
- Portfolio of 2026+ trend forecasts with measurable impact
- Strong network with futurist communities (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
