Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Produce actionable foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026+ market opportunities
- Advise on organizational adaptation strategies for technological singularity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Fluency in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, backcasting)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or scale-up organizations
