Responsibilities

- Build strategic foresight models using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and Delphi techniques
- Produce executive-level briefings on future-proofing business operations and innovation
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate foresight into technology development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Published work in foresight publications or experience with Fortune 500 strategic planning
