Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial and organizational impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
