Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Host executive foresight workshops with C-suite teams to build future-proof organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and design thinkers
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using our $50M innovation lab
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal trends (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
