Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into tangible product pipelines
- Monitor emerging technologies and paradigm shifts across industries
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or thought leadership
