Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with global tech policy and ethics frameworks
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
