- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI autonomy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market readiness
- Author strategic briefs for C-suite on technological disruption impacts
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience scaling innovation from prototype to market
