Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate strategic visions into actionable innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and sustainable impact metrics
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
