Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Develop and present technology adoption strategies to executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for next-gen market opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating future technologies into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
