Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying emerging trends and market opportunities

- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, measuring ROI and market impact
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid iteration of experimental technologies
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic planning credential
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
