Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives across emerging technologies
- Analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Present strategic vision to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies (e.g., CFIP)
