Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Present product demos and solutions to potential clients via phone and video conference.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead quality.
- Manage and update accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track customer interactions.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional field visits).
