Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads via phone and email.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
