Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through CRM systems and outbound campaigns
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams to develop strategic account plans
- Utilize Salesforce and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize processes
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows in the Florida region
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
