Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting tailored solutions

- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs through strategic account management

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in consultative selling and objection handling techniques

- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
