Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record client interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Previous sales experience is not required – we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a 'hunter' mentality.

- Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed.
