- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for local market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software (we will train you).
