Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads within the local Georgia territory.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule meetings for the sales team using a consultative sales approach.
- Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to potential clients effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) regarding client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Meet and consistently exceed individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional client meetings).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and technologies.
