Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and generate new business leads through various outreach methods (phone, email, in-person).
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to customers, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Track daily sales activities and update CRM databases accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Participate in daily team huddles and sales training sessions to improve performance metrics.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our Midtown Manhattan office.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers find the best solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
