Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the Baltimore metropolitan area to introduce our products and services.
- Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, handle inquiries, and close sales to meet and exceed daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the regional management team regarding customer needs and competitor activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and support collective team goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our Customer Relationship Management system.
Qualifications
