Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to identify their business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our services effectively.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Track sales data accurately and report progress to management regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Zero to two years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM software.
