Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Colorado Springs area.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers in a professional manner.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market trends and customer needs.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized and ensure inventory displays are appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for our entry-level positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software is preferred.
