Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities in the local area.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients in person, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software accurately.
- Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and field setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
- Willingness to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
