Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients across Southeast Michigan
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits
- Exceed quarterly sales targets in B2B and B2C markets
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs
- Utilize CRM systems for accurate lead tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize outreach strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent sales experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel locally 70% of the time
