Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new business clients through in-person meetings and networking events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultative selling
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted lead generation campaigns
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM system (Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales skills workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and resilience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
