Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads through cold outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings across Greater Boston to present solutions and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Attend weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Provide regular pipeline updates and performance insights to the sales leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships, campus ambassador roles, or part-time sales welcome)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client meetings across Boston metro
- Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
