Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Identify business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold outreach
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional sales experience (internships welcome)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for high performers
