Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking within the Raleigh market.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and team training sessions to improve closing ratios.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
