Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present our SaaS solutions to prospects and demonstrate product value
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Track and manage sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing product and sales process training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
