Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research new sales opportunities within the local market.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and book appointments.
- Present company products and services to potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a hunger for success.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client meetings).
