Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Present company solutions to prospective clients and overcome objections to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and maintain accurate client records.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in daily team huddles and sales training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but we provide extensive training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and earn a commission.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
