Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify opportunities.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce CRM to track interactions and progress.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients to overcome objections and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our industry and competitive landscape.
- Participate in daily sales training and team huddles to refine skills and strategy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to learn sales techniques and close deals.
