Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demos and presentations
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate records and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong communication skills with persuasive phone and email abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
