Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify incoming leads and determine their specific needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all client interactions and account status accurately within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to understand client pain points.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
