- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and propose tailored, effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and master advanced sales techniques.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
