Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using our CRM software to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads promptly to maintain a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commissions.
