Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads using Salesforce and Gong.io CRM tools.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
